Kog'Maw animated splash art (Version 2) (Still a WIP)

So after making this post: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/YIUkklVK-kogmaw-animated-splash-art-wip people gave me some really good suggestions on how to improve my animated splash art I'm making for Kog'Maw. I'm working on the acid and making it steam (I'm using Maya for that so it will look really cool), but I want your feedback on stuff I can improve on. I increased the animation speed of Kog'Maw along with added some movement of the fingers and the crest spikes. I also gave him a foot stomp as well. I think his body is moving too linearly, kinda like a piston, and doesn't look organic.

The acid sounds like it will really help, but the Kog'Maw movements are still a little trippy. He seems to only do one thing at a time with small pauses in between each. The up and down hand movements with stiff fingers look bad. It would look much more lifelike if he moved his individual fingers around often. The bird hops are odd but I'm not sure how to improve them. It still looks pretty good so far, hopefully soon it will look really high quality with the acid and more detailed Kog'Maw movements.

The raptor and the lizard look a bit odd with their sideways jumps. I think if they moved more along the lines of the creature behind the tree they would be less distracting and feel better. Kogs movement are nice, but I feel like they should be more synchroniced (moving hands at the same time as feet, moving his spikes while moving backwards etc.). [slayer-pantheon-thumbs] Can't wait for the Acid (this sounds wrong)

Koggles <3 Yeah his splash looks like it was born for some activity, and as mentioned in a comment of that thread, it's awesome with his hands moving.

his entire body moves too much (not subtle enough), it makes him look really tired. Even then, slowing down and the end of each breath stops it from looking really unnatural.

Don't move the tail. It's in the background so don't bring attention to the fact it's moving without actually bending like a normal tail. Or find a way to make it bend, Idk

I think the old one is better though, but slow != subtle, moving very little past starting point also has a big impact on how noticeable it is.

His head antennae things are moving too slowly though, and are moving in a pattern. It's better if they twitch at random intervals.

It'd suggest things like his hands and hair things to twitch quickly, so they don't move too much and then a quick half second twitch. It's one of the things I noticed in Kog's animations, I think his Q did it.
