The champion is just 5 months old, no way he would have gotten that skin this year. Maybe he can get it in the next.

That's just it. You either have it planned from the start. (That lucky Bast- Brad) Or what you're making is simplistic and just a reskin. Either way, they generally go with the popular champs, and if they're popular, but as of yet untreated to a skin, its because they're taking extra care with them. Putting flare on their attacks. Keep in mind Raast and Kayn's secondary form will put a lot of hurt on the skin production.
