Skin Refund Idea

So I have a lot of multiple skins for the same champion or just skins i don't like from mystery gift. Sadly I have already used all my refunds but I think Riot should give us an option where we can refund a skin and get back like 50% of the RP spent on it while donating the other 50% of the money to a charity of their choice.
