Champion Concept : Sylla The Sound Cannon

Sylla is an AD marksman that has powerful team fighting potential. As an ADC or a jungler, she has multiple ways to survive and deal decent amounts of damage. As a support, she opens up a few more options in unpopular ADCs, as I'll show in a moment.
APPEARANCE Not particular, but bearing some resemblance to her brother Zane (see link at top) and looks like a street kid Debut skin, geological or superhero skin
LORE
Sylla's lore mainly occurs shortly after
's seconds video. I'm not a great writer, but it goes along these lines:

. She and two others (Zane and Marcus, other concepts in the making) were captured by

He then experimented with their Genetic coding and, as he would put it, they "transcended mortality." Each gained some inhuman ability, Sylla's being the power to exert sound waves from herself at virtually any volume or frequency.
and Ace(another concept, this one a robotic humanoid) found them and broke them out. Sylla and Marcus went to Piltover to find a cure. Both later joined law enforcement.

Ranged, but not very far (Further then the

Since she is technically a mutant, an alternative for mana could be: MUTANT ENERGY restores some when a unit is killed, every couple AA, and upon visiting the shop.NO REGEN.
_PASSIVE _ : Echo Basic attacks deal reduced damage in an area. Hit opponents deal the same damage in the are around them 50% -> 85%
Q : Bass Skill shot that knocks back all hit enemies and deals damage(+% AD). If it hits a wall. the ability will bounce back the maximum distance ( because that's how sound works) At level one, the range is short, but each rank increases the range, to slightly balance the fact that it is fairly wide. 70/95/110/125/140 (+95% AD)
W : Echo Location
Reveals an area and marks sighted units. It gets a bit more complicated though. Marked units have a ring around them. If a champion's range intersects this ring, the champion can attack from that distance. Remember the support bit I added? This would make melee ADCs slightly more popular (
aint that special) The first attack on that target pretty much is a large area Echo passive. Intersecting rings that have not yet triggered this affect deal on hit affects around them, FOR EACH UNIT. So, if
uses his third Q proc on a wave of minions, and all of them have not been proced yet, they ALL get knocked up. Oh and the bonus range lasts the same amount of time whether the ring has been used or not. You will only proc 1 at a time.
Think of it like GP's barrels destroying one barrel destroys all connected barrels (in this case, spreads on-hit effects) If a barrel is missing between barrels, than hitting one only procs 1 So if minions are all marked and lined up, if one in the middle has been procced, than hitting one on either side doesn't spread to the other side.
E : Sub-Sonic Pulses soundwaves away, and pretty much just takes reduced damage and returns AA damage 5/6/7/8/9% reduction for 3/3/4/4/5 seconds
R :Sonic Boom
Sends out a damaging pulse of energy around Sylla. The ring would expand outward, yet be slim enough that a well timed
could make it over. Could silence hit units.
