This is my Final Zaun/Piltover of this string :) Yay!

Marcus is a high mobility support that can re-position an ally out of danger or into the fray, and bring enemies to the worst possible place to be (for them) He doesn't focus on shredding an enemy's health (like MasterYi ) or keeping ally health high, but he does irritate the Teemo out of enemies

APPEARANCE His hair and face look like Masquerade's, and his shirt looks like a silvery-white Spiderman Noir outfit. He has cargo pant and running shoes, also silvery-white

His debut outfit I would see in the Officer line. A DC Flash or MARVEL Quicksilver would be cool as well.

LORE Prior to being captured by DrMundo, Marcus spent his days on the streets running from authorities. Among friends, he has always been known to be lighting on his feet, constantly stealing purses and whatnot on the run after a heist. After his genetics were altered, he started running faster than any mortal could. Upon arriving in Piltover, he chased down a purse snatcher,hardly a challenge, but ironic. This earned the trust of Vi, and joined law enforcement while Scientists looked for a cure. . . . I listened to a Podcast about the champion. He is looking for a cure because he doesn't know what DrMundo really did to him. And since he knows that guy is crazy, he worries what side affects may be included. He comes from the same gang as Vi, so recognition and the relative good deed is why she trusted him The rest of the lore can be found in Sylla's post and Zane's

KIT Melee Mutant Energy (restores some when a unit is killed, every couple AA, and upon visiting the shop.NO REGEN.)

Passive: Collision Course Stacks up to 50 stacks of his passive while moving. When stacks max out, Marcus temporarily ignores unit collision and deals damage when moving through units 30 -> 100 (+5% Bonus AD)damage per second 1.5 -> 4 seconds

Q: Hit and Run Dashes to a target unit, then drag to where you and target will end up If enemy: deal physical damage and slow unit If ally: Movement speed boost CLARIFICATION : It is not a long distance dash, but is still enough to disorient them a bit 30/40/50/60/70 (+70% AD) to enemies 15/20/25/30/35% move speed boost

W: Swirling SPIN TO WIN! Spin with super speed slowing enemy movement and dealing low magic damage ADDED : Like Tasmanian Devil Slow : 10/20/30/40/50% 40/55/70/85/100 (+60% AP)

E: Adrenaline ADDED : Passively increases ally move speed away from enemy champions and reduces slow/stun duration by 1.5 seconds Actively, Increase Movement Speed over x seconds, then decay over x seconds. Moving toward enemies increases this boost. Reverse passive while active, cancels Passive while on cooldown Passive boost : 2.5/5/7.5/10/12.5%, duration reduction Active boost (for self):15/30/45/60/75% over 4 seconds

R: Hyper Speed Slow all enemy units in an area around him by a considerable amount for 3.5 seconds. This includes AS, projectile speed, and anything that moves. This is because to him, everyone else looks slower because he is going SUPER fast Sivir and Sion ults were my original thoughts, then I realized they already took them...[zombie-nunu-tears] OR Long range dash, charges like Vi Q Slow form: 25/50/75% Dash form: 50/100/150 (+50% AD) to all hit units

TIPS

  • Whenever possible, try to position the fight under a turret, to make up for your lack of damage
  • If an enemy escapes a trade in lane with low health, use you Q to force them to take a tower shot
  • Make sure to keep your squishier players on the back line. Assassins that dive your back line will be crippled by this ability

His ult seems a bit weak unless its like a 75% slow for several seconds(maybe 5?), then it could win you a fight. I assume that's what you perceived when writing it though.

Good concept. But as an idea, I think his passive should be replaced with some kind of super mobility spell able to give him tons of MS for roaming around the Rift. So like, automatic 800-1000 MS when out of champion combat for 10 seconds maybe? Would make him a crazy strong ganker and fast jungler if he could clear but I think Riot could work out the kinks.
