Trade Skins?

Trading skins would be a rather cool thing. You have some shitty skins you don't want and would rather have some else. I'm thinking a limit to this would be like trading 1 skin or 2 skins per season and only ones that was purchased by RP, not by Hextech Crafting or gifts so Riot doesn't go bankrupt lol. What do you guys think?

Riot won't do it because people would just spam new accounts to get free chests and send them to their main.
