Omen, The Void's Carnage
Roles: Marksman, Mage Range: 540 Attack Damage: 59 - 100 Health 545 - 1940 Armor: 20 - 77 Magic Resist: 30 Movement Speed: 340 Attack Speed: 0.672 (+0% - +26%) Mana: 282 - 805 Health Regen: 5.8 - 16 Mana Regen: 8 - 16.2
[Passive] Carnage: Omen's 3rd basic attack Shoots a Void Spike dealing an additional 30 magic damage. Omen gains a stack after certain kills or assists Each stack adds 1 Damage to Carnage. +1 on Minion Kills +2 on Monster and Large Minion Kills +3 on Large Monster Kills +5 on Champion and Epic Monster Kills or assists
At 50 Stacks It now Applies Slows Based on Current Health Percentage. At 100 Stacks It now Applies Grievous wounds upon the target for 4 seconds. At 200 Stacks It is capped and additionally bleeds the target for 200 Magic Damage over 4 seconds if they are below 50% Health.
The Slow is based on the remaining health of the target. 15% with 100%-86% HP 25% with 85%-61% HP 35% with 60%-36% HP 50% with 35%-1% HP
[Q.] Spike Barrage: Omen Shoots a spike from his tail dealing 30/40/50/60/70 (+60% AD) He gains one Stack per 20 seconds with a max of 3. This Attack Applies On-Hit Effects (and Carnage). Costs 20 Mana and 1 Stack | 1 second cooldown | Range: 1100
[W] Savagery: Active: Omen's next 2 basic attacks Apply his Passive. Passive: When Omen Kills a unit he may devours their remains within 5 seconds healing for 1/1.75/2.5/3.25/4% Max HP over 2 seconds. Costs 45/50/55/60/65 Mana | 8 second cooldown
[E] Void Storm: Omen shoots a spike to a target area dealing 70/80/90/100/110 (+30% AP) magic damage Initially and 70/80/90/100/110 (+30% AP) Over 4 seconds in the targeted Area. Costs 75/80/85/90/95 Mana | 14 Second Cooldown | 1000 Range
[R] Void Sight: Omen channels for 1 second Omen then has 3000 range on his basic attacks and abilities for 10 seconds unless cancelled. Omen gains true sight in this range and may only see in that range. (recast for cancel) Costs 100/120/140 Mana | 55/50/45 second Cooldown
