Cae'des, The Void's Carnage

[Lore] On his quest for knowledge Vel'koz realized how much conflict he would encounter and would prefer to gain knowledge without having to risk his own mortality. To do this he would trust no one but another from the void but it had to be quick, dumb and powerful so he would seek out a way to acquire a assistant to gain access back into the void he looked for Malzahar to acquire one. However when he arrived the Void-hungry sorcerer asked for something in return, he would want some knowledge. When Vel'koz Agreed Malzahar opened a portal into the void and what had flew on through was Cae'des she shrieked hungrily and Vel'koz promised in return for helping in his "Experiments" she could feed all she wants.

[Description] Cae'des is a bat-like humanoid void creature with sharp tattered wings and sharp teeth. (also is female)

[Passive] Whirlwind: Cae'des' 3rd basic attack deals 30 magic damage and slows. The Damage Increases based on enemies killed. +0.5 on Minion Kills +1 on Monster and Large Minion Kills +2 on Large Monster Kills +3 on Champion and Epic Monster Kills The Slow is based on how many stacks you have which caps at 150 15% with 0-49 20% with 50-99 25% with 100-149 30% with 150

[Q.] Savagery: Active: Cae'des' next 2 basic attacks Apply his Passive Passive: When Cae'des Kills or assists a kill on a unit he can devour their remains healing over 2 seconds for .5/1/1.5/2/2.5% from minion remains double it for monsters and large minions and Triple for Large and Epic Monsters as well as champions. Costs 45/50/55/60/65 Mana | 8 second cooldown

[W.] Glide: Active: Cae'des gains 20/25/30/35/40% movement speed for 2 seconds. Next 2 Basic attacks within 6 seconds gain 30/40/45/50/55% attack speed Passive: After Exiting a Brush Cae'des gains 20/25/30/35/40 Movement Speed for 1.5 seconds. Costs 50/55/60/65/70 Mana | 10 Second Cooldown

[E.] Supersonic Screech: Cae'des shrieks at a supersonic level causing them to bleed for 125/175/225/275/325 (+25% AD) attack damage and silencing all champions by a split 2 seconds i.e. Hitting 2 enemies silencing both for 1 seconds each while hitting four makes it last .5 seconds each. Cost 60/68/76/84/92 Mana | 12 Second Cooldown

[R.] Ascend / Carnage: Cae'des channels for 1 second then ascends into the sky healing for 5% max HP per second and has 5 seconds to re-cast (casts in original spot if not re-casted) When recast Cae'des swoops down and attempts to grab any nearby champions if she does she will gain 30/50/70% movement speed and will drag the enemy with her for 3 seconds while they are grabbed they take 2 basic attack every second and does activate passive. (Q is castable when this is in effect) Costs 120/130/140 Mana | 130/115/100 Second Cooldown
