i like it but the passive feels a bit too scaley...Cassiopeia may want to add a certain cap to the passive :)

passive: hoo boy another infinitely scaling damage mechanic that's never gone horribly wrong before i like it tho. should still probably have a cap

Q: basically just a passive activator, sort of a boring ability but the passive bit makes up for it. i'd change the heal to a heal over time, not a long time, like 1-2 seconds, just cuz it would be a more fun effect.

W: i see you've got a thing for auto attack buffing, this one seems Fiora influenced yea? i absolutely love the passive on it, and implemented something similar in a rework i wrote up for Akali. great passive, might last a bit too long tho. (i have mine at 1 second)

E: seems a bit like a LeeSin Q but instead of shooting a projectile you launch yourself, i assume it's intended for when you jump on people and they instaflash away. you should probably add in how long you have to recast the ability, and i'm also interested in the ranges of both dashes

Ultimate: not sure how i feel about the ult being a stacking ability, and the AD scaling on it doesn't make all that much sense. i'd probably just leave it as a 1-cast with the fear, as fear is the more desirable effect to get out of it anyways.

Overall, i like it. the abilities aren't all terribly flashy or super unique but they really don't have to be, and for the most part they work well together. it almost feels like it could just be a Warwick rework, which is probably the biggest problem with it. i'd suggest working something to make him feel void-y into his kit. also the passive is just waiting to be abused. needs a bit of work, but a very well thought-out idea. Hate to break it to you, but I think Riot is going to be done with Wolves for a little while. Lol still a fun idea kind of like a WW+Rek'sai. Good luck.
