Salvage, the Vengeful Machine
[I made this idea back in late Season 3 and found it on my computer while moving files to my new computer thought what the hell lets see what other people think probably not viable now tho or unique]
Salvage, the Vengeful Machine [Passive] Scrap Parts: Salvage gains his Passive as a 7th items slot. He has 3 Items which change his look. With 4 Upgrades which also alter his appearence. (One at level 6 another at level 11) High Density Sword: Salvage's Basic attacks deal 40% additional damage as magic damage over 3 seconds. Advanced Processor: Salvage Processes combat faster gaining 16% attack speed and 8% more per attack for 4 seconds stacking up to 4 times. Dense Armor: Salvage gains 20 (+2 per level) armor and magic resist. and 35 HP per level.
Density Compressor: Salvage compresses gis density increasing his movement speed by 45.
Extended Radar: Salvage gains 20% increased range on his abilities.
Weakness Finder: Salvage gains 15% Critical strike his critical strikes slow enemies by 20% for 1.5 seconds.
Water Coolant: Salvage reduces all natural cooldowns by 20%.
[Q. Metal Spikes] Salvage gains a stack of metal spikes every 10 (8) seconds with a max of 3. Salvage throws a metal spike dealing 30/45/60/75/90 (+35% attack damage). No cost | 1.5 Second Cooldown | Range: 700 (840)
[W. Radioactive Aura] Salvage seeps radiation from his body dealing 30/36/42/48/54 (+15% attack damage) damage per second. Costs 16/22/28/34/40 HP/s | 2 second cooldown | Range 350 (420)
[E. Metal Rush / Eject] Initial Cast: Salvage rushes in a target direction dealing 75/85/95/105/115 (+35% attack damage) and slows enemy champions by 25% for 1.75 seconds. No Cost | 12/24 (10.8)/(21.6) second cooldown | Range: 750 (900) Second Cast: Salvage jumps back to initial cast location dealing 35/45/55/65/75 (+35% attack damage) Extended Cooldown if used.| Cost 4% Current HP | 2 second cast cooldown | Range: 900 (1080)
[R. Metal Maelstrom] Salvage creates a Metal Maelstrom dealing 300/450/600 true damage over 4 seconds enemies in the maelstrom are slowed by 30% while in and 2 seconds after exiting the maelstrom. No Cost | 140/120/100 Second Cooldown | Range: 450 (540)
