[Champion Concept] Kek, The Master of KEK

Kek, the brother of Zed and the cousin of Veigar, has entered the rift to exact vengeance on all who follow the light. Kek decends from the order of FEK, who worship the great Fish.

Passive- Comtempt for the Evil Power: Cannot be banned. Kek has masterfully learned the art of dodging bans. Unlike his brother, he will never be shunned from the rift.

Q- Baleful Shuriken: Kek throws out two shuriken that pass through two enemies. Units killed by these shuriken permanently raise the radius and volume of his laugh.

W- Living Matter: Kek calls forth a great version of himself that will fall from the sky at a target location. Kek can swap places with his clone at will. Kek's laugh radius is passively increased.

E- Shadow Horizon: After a brief delay, Kek releases a thundering laugh, twisting the edges of space around a target location, causing the ear drums of victims to explode who pass through the perimeter, stunning them for 3 seconds. If Kek is within melee range of the stunned target, his blades spin and slow the enemy as they leave.

R- Primordial Mark: Kek's laughing becomes uncontrollable. Kek leaves a clone behind and begins blasting his laughter at the enemy, marking him for death and dealing a large amount of magical laughter damage. After 3 seconds, a percentage of the blasting laughter will be dealt while the mark was active.
