[Champion Concept] Elanor - Support/Heal

[Passive] - Each 60 seconds, Elanor gains a stack. At 3 stacks, Elanor can select a nearby ally. That Ally is healed for 10% of their health, and gains bonus movement speed, Armor pen and Magic Resistance for 3 seconds. Elanor loses her stacks on death, and doesn't begin stacking until revived.
[Q] - Elanor deploys a slow skill shot, dealing damage based on max health. If the skill shot lands, Elanor can reselect the enemy and push them into any direction she wishes (much like taliyah's E, but they don't get knocked up). 20 Second cooldown at all levels
[W] - Elanor Shields an ally for 3 seconds. during the 3 seconds, the selected ally's auto attacks are enhanced, slowing the enemy by 15% for 1 second for every auto attack. 17/16/15/14/13 Second Cooldown
[E] - Elanor Gracefully dashes a short distance. If Dashed to a nearby ally, they are both shielded, and Elanor restores mana. 20/19/18/17/16 Cooldown
[R] - Elanor Resurrects ally from the dead. After the ally dies, Elanor is able to ult them; reviving them. The ally still respawns at base. 100/90/80/70/60/50 Cooldown
Pros:
- Elanor's Ult is very useful late game, where death timers are high.
- Elanor is very tanky
- 2 Shields
- Has a Dash
- Great Laning Phase
- Short Cooldown on ult late game
Cons:
- Low CC Compared to other tanky supports
- Ult not as useful until late game
- Low Damage
- Long cooldowns
