Old Harrowing and Snowdown Showdown Skins?

So me and a friend were talking about skins and he said He'd love to buy "Nutcracko" and I commented that the skins should make a return this year because they returned last year. I would love it if a Rioter could tell us if they're coming back this year. There's sooo much stuff I want~
