I've heard people theorizing that Poppy's new VA is Kate Higgins! (AKA Sakura from Naruto)

Is this true? Has this been confirmed?

Although, in my opinion she kinda sounds like Elspeth... but thats another thing!

If it is I will be happy. Reason: IF from Hyperdimension Neptunia is also voiced by Kate Higgens! And I liked that character a LOT! She was hilarious!
