The Warring Kingdoms skins and Firecracker Jinx will be available once the Lunar Revel starts.

I would think if they still believe that it will be release with the patch we are now in. it would be wise that it would be release sometime early next week! But it would be a waste since they have the Login screen for the Lunar Revel in the next patch! its just so confusing!
