Cant Gift Friend DragonBlade Riven.

So I told my friend that i'd gift him Dragon Blade riven and I tried to do it today and the skin isnt there. I cant gift it to him, he doesnt own it and he says he doesnt even see the skin in the shop himself Whats going on?
