Can we pre-lock (with option of unlock) in Draft.

I.e. we can lock before its our turn (and unlock if we choose) so that when it's our turn it's instalocked.

The same with Ban and champ selection. The draft process is too long. And for many people--particularly not high elo--it'll just make the process quicker as we know we want to ban Hecarim or we know we want to play Syndra. Certainly, if someone else banned Hecarim before us, our lock would be meaningless; but most times it's not the case and this only shortens the time. It doesn't make it any worse.
