Seriously. Why is Riven of all champs resourceless?
Her AD ratios across all stats at max is 180% AD + 380% bonus AD.
Her cooldowns aren't even that long. At least with Garen you have a 20 second cooldown on a skill. Her highest, besides her ultimate, is 13 seconds, and it's remarkably OP.
Give her some type of resource. Or at least make her early laning less oppressive. She's rigged.

early lanning is currently far from opressive. She don't have a ressource because her kit require her to spam. If she had a ressource she would need dmg buffs, wich would make her even more of a pain to deal with since her dmg is already very high. Giving her no ressource is a way to balance her, like it or not.

Other champs have to balance between AP, AD, Armor, Cooldown, Crit; not Riven.
Riven is AD and Cooldown. And Cooldown is incredibly cheap.
Yorick needs to spam and Urgot needs to spam; so they get tears. Riven just needs to wait. She's not balanced.
Bharhash1 votesWinrate does not correlate to "early game lane oppression" rates. You can be the best lane bully in the world and still lose a game.

What's more the winrate is complicated to look at. It dipped in these latest patches, but she's the 3rd most played champ. Otherwise in early patches she had a high win rate.
No she will not win every game; but she has no resources and only needs Cooldown and AD for her whole kit. Cooldown being very cheap.
