[Champion Concept] I Need Some Help
Well, I'm making my biggest champion concept yet. It doesn't sound like much on paper, but I've been wanting to make this guy a champ for a long, long time.

I'm stuck on trying to figure out a good kit for him. So I'm reaching out to my fellow community members in an effort to get some feedback on which of my (currently) two kits happens to sound better.
So I won't waste your time any more than I have to. Please leave me some feedback in the comments if you so desire; I'd greatly appreciate it.
######Note: These are drafts, so I don't have numbers, costs, cooldowns, or even an ultimate yet. I want to get the bases just right before I focus on the ultimate.
#First Kit: Vanguard
[Passive] - Destiny's Calling: (Draft) Every several seconds while XXX is considered in combat, he gains a shield that is equal to a percentage of his missing health for 5 seconds. After that time, whatever health the shield has left is restored to Aiden in 70, 80, 90, 100% proportion.
[Q] - Baneful Strike: (Draft) XXX throws crimson chains in a target direction that lash onto the first enemy Champion they strike and form a tether. If the Champion remains in the tether range for 1.75 seconds, they are dealt a small amount of physical damage and briefly silenced. XXX's next autoattack against them within 4 seconds gains bonus range, lifesteal, and % of missing health damage.
[W] - Hero's Legacy: (Draft) Passively, up to 2 nearby allies may receive 30 - 50% of the benefit from Destiny's Calling when it activates.
When activated, XXX marks an enemy champion with Shattered Legacy for several seconds, reducing the effectiveness of healing and shielding they receive and their ability to deal damage. Baneful Strike's silence has an increased duration against people who are marked with Shattered Legacy.
[E] - Inspire by Example: (Draft) XXX rushes to the target location after a 0.75 second channel, marking a large area around him for 1.2 seconds before causing it to erupt with crimson energy. Enemies in the area are knocked up and slowed for a few seconds. Allies moving towards or through the area receive a boost to their defenses and movement speed.
#Second Kit: Assassin
[Passive] - Heroic Perseverance: (Draft) Every few minutes, the next instance of XXX's health dropping below a percentage will grant him a massive burst of damage reduction and movement speed that decays rapidly over 3 seconds. Additionally, all nearby enemies will be stunned for a 1.5 second duration.
[Q] - Crimson Rose: (Draft) XXX quickly deals a side-to-side strike with his scythe, dealing physical damage to all enemies hit and reducing the cooldown of this ability by X seconds, scaling with rank. If Crimson Rose strikes a Champion or Epic/Legendary Neutral Monster, a stack of Rose's Thorn is added to this ability. At 2 stacks, the next cast of Crimson Rose is a series of strikes followed by an explosion of crimson energy that all deal physical damage.
[W] - Shattered Reality: (Draft) XXX marks a target champion with Fading Reality for the next 6 seconds. Any attack that XXX makes against them during that time refreshes the duration and stacks Shattered Reality on them up to 4 times. Should XXX apply all 4 stacks of Shattered Reality onto a Champion, the final blow deals bonus damage scaling with their % of maximum health and blinks XXX in front of them, activating his passive for 1/2 duration.
[E] - Soul-Infused Weapon: (Draft) Passively, every 5th autoattack XXX makes will deal bonus % of current health damage and heal him for the damage dealt.
When activated, XXX's autoattacks gain a bit of bonus range, damage, and lifesteal for a few seconds. Scoring kills/assists during this time increases the bonuses by a %, up to a specified cap, and refreshes the duration.
That's what I've got so far. I'll take any and all suggestions into account, so please drop me one or two if you have the time.
