Leaver Buster Changes.

Ok, so the leaver buster penalty system is ok, but i think it could use a couple tweaks. My first idea:

Games of Bots don't count toward leaver buster penalties. Since if someone goes afk during a Bots game that a bot will also go afk to keep the teams even, so this shouldn’t count to LB.

Next is a reward system to promote good behavior. Right now with LB, Your penalties escalate, and once you reach 20min thats where it stays. Now, lets say someone goes one month with no Leaver Penalties, at all (except bots obvi cuz they dont count) then the punishments would be reduced by one tier, so if someones at the 20 tier, then they go one month without penalties, then they would get some sort of token in their inventory and they could redeem it to remove one tier, so they would be moved down to 15 minutes, and then 10 and so on. back to 5.

I feel like this would make it promote better behavior because someone would actually have a reason not to leave and have something to work toward.
