DeloricVI2 votesIf you play Lulu really often, it's well worth the RP to get Dragon Trainer Lulu. Her model looks better overall, she doesn't have that obnoxious particle effect when she casts whimsy on an ally, and her shield now looks awesome. The only other skin I'd recommend as highly for Lulu is her snowdown skin, but it's kinda not available... so yeah... If you get the chance though, it makes her glitterlances nearly invisible.

Deep Terror Nami1 votesI don't like Dragon Trainer at all, honestly. I say Wicked is just a little better, but basically still second worst. If you want Lulu I'd just wait until Bittersweet or Winter Wonder is available (that could be a while).
River Spirit Nami is a great skin.
You could also wait for the next Mystery Skin sale and just buy a bunch. Also consider sending someone else a Mystery Gift (even if just to trade them to each other).
DeloricVI1 votesWell, it's just my opinion. I personally don't like a lot of her original particle effects, mainly, and the only effect that pretty much any of them change is what whimsy turns people into.
They probably don't mention Winter Wonder Lulu because of the limited availability.
