[Rework Concept] Karma, the Enlightened One

Disclaimer: I mained "old Karma" in the mid lane, I main "new Karma" in the mid lane. This rework concept heavily emphasizes her BATTLE MAGE identity but still retains her Support identity while giving Karma back her Iconic double charge ultimate and 6 level abilities.

Passive: Gathering Fire - Karma reduces her next Mantra charge cooldown by 2/3/4 (based on level) seconds every time she damages an enemy champion with a unique ability, halved to 1/1.5/2 (based on level) seconds with basic attacks.

Q Ability: Spirit Flame - Karma sends forward a ball of spiritual fire in a target direction, detonating on contact with an enemy unit and dealing 80/125/170/215/260/305 (+60% AP) magic damage to all nearby enemies and slowing them by 25% for 1.5 seconds.

Mana Cost: 45/50/55/60/65/70 Cooldown: 7.5/7/6.5/6/5.5/5 Range: 950 AoE Radius: 280

Q Mantra: Soul Flare - Karma unleashes a cleansing blaze of spiritual fire in a cone, dealing an additional 50/75/100/125/150/175 (+40% AP) magic damage and healing herself and all allies within the area for 50/100/150/200/250/300 (+60% AP).

Soul Flare passes through all units

AoE Radius: 800 Angle: 80 (Cassiopeia)

W Ability: Focused Resolve - Karma exerts her will over a target ally, enemy champion, or monster, forming a spiritual tether between them for up to 2 seconds. Enemy units are dealt 20/30/40/50/60/70 (+20% AP) magic damage every .5 seconds, becoming rooted for 2 seconds if the tether isn’t broken. Ally units receive 20/25/30/35/40/45% (+1% per 100 AP) bonus magic resist and armor, granting 25% damage reduction for 2 seconds if the tether isn’t broken. Enemy units that pass through the tether in either instance are also dealt 20/30/40/50/60/70 (+20% AP) magic damage every .5 seconds for 2 seconds.

Maximum Damage: 80/120/160/200/240/280 (+80% AP)

Mana Cost: 45/50/55/60/65/70 Cooldown: 12 Cast Range: 675 Tether Range: 1000

W Mantra: Burning Resolution – Karma intensifies her will, healing herself for 20% (+2% per 100 AP) of her missing health on cast and once more if the tether remains unbroken. If Karma is tethered to an enemy and the tether remains unbroken, they become stunned for 2 seconds. If Karma is tethered to an ally champion and the tether remains unbroken, they become immune to damage for 2 seconds.

E Ability: Inspire - Karma shields the target allied champion, or herself, with spiritual fire for 2.5 seconds, blocking 70/95/120/145/170/195 (+50% AP) damage and granting them a 35/40/45/50/55/60% movement speed boost while the shield lasts.

Mana Cost: 55/60/65/70/75/80 Cooldown: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8/7.5 Range: 800

E Mantra: Defiance – Karma overloads the shield with spiritual power, granting an extra 30/70/110/150/190/230 (+60% AP) shield value. 20/25/30/35/40/45% (+2% per 100 AP) damage dealt to the shield is reflected back to the attacker as magic damage.

Ultimate: Mantra – Karma recites an ancient Mantra, empowering her next basic ability within 8 seconds with an additional effect. Karma stores an ultimate charge every 30 seconds, up to a maximum of 2.

Mantra is gained at level 1 Mantra is not effected by cool-down
