Sunfire Sword

Stats: 60 AD 350 Health UNIQUE Passive : Attacks deal 25 + 2% of your max health bonus damage on impact and 15 damage per second for 5 seconds. Attacking an enemy with this debuff will refresh it. Doesn't stack with Sunfire Cape Passive.

Demon's Mask

Stats: 45 AP 200 Health 250 Mana UNIQUE Passive : Spellblade : After using an ability, the next basic attack deals 75% Base Attack Damage (+50% of Ability Power) bonus magic damage on hit and reduces enemy's magic resist by 20 for 5 seconds. (1.5 second cooldown). UNIQUE Passive : Eyes of Pain : + 20 Magic Penetration

They're all unbalanced.

Sunfire Sword offers way too much power on bruisers, especially if combined with Titanic Hydra, letting them stack HP and still do massive amounts of damage. Specifically, with those two items, that'd be a total of 95 AD, plus 700 HP, plus 25 + 5 + 2% max HP + 1% max HP damage on hit. Assuming a relatively generous 2500 HP total at that point, each hit is doing 105 extra damage on top of the rather high AD granted by Sunfire Sword. If we toss in a Warmog's just for the heck of it (and because no other bruiser can outtrade you now), that adds 800 more HP, meaning the on-hit damage goes up to 129. Not even factoring in natural HP gains after that point, which would definitely push you over, to say nothing of Grasp of the Undying.

Golden Edge has no business being built. It increases attack speed and crit chance, but that's pretty specific to ADCs, who care more about their basics than they do the damage on their abilities and would get far more benefit out of building a Zeal item instead, which specifically amps up their basics. AD assassins like Kha'Zix, Zed, and Talon get nothing out of this since it doesn't give them any AD at all, wasting an item slot when they don't AA enough to make the AS and crit worth it.

Demon Mask is literally a better Lich Bane. You give up a little AP in exchange for effectively dealing true damage to any poor sap unable to fit some MR into their build.
