Replays and Highlights

So basically, When replays are downloaded from your match history, they're saved in your drive. If you navigate to them and find them (usually in Documents/LeagueofLegends/Replays) you will see that they're in a format called "Rofl" This format allows player to watch the replay and be able to spectate and move around in the video while doing all the other choices as spectating someone specific and all. Cool and not a problem. But, say we want to share these replays to YouTube or something, we will want to turn them into mp4 files or something like that. Now i get that if that's done, you can't move around in the video obviously cause it's an mp4. So how about making it so people can make highlights moving around and stuff and turn those highlights into mp4's where the mp4 shows where the player is spectating and all. That would make it way easier to share moments and improve the replay system, pls rito.
