Pls do something Rito :(
So i was playing ranked, i had finally reached my promos to move onto the next division and was excited to play the match and hopefully win or have atleast a good game. everything seemed to be going Great. But then, top laner (Singed) said "I'm throwing", "I'm a smurf", "been winning alot so i'm gonna lose the next 3 games so i can stay in bronze" He said this the last 5 secs and i couldn't dodge because i didn't have enough time and part of me thought he was just joking. We go into the game and then he keeps talking and saying "Yeah.. i HAVE to lose the next 3 games or so because if i don't i'll leave bronze and i don't want to because it's fun here" He explained that his other account which is "Diamond" is "Stressful to play on because the match is so hard" and that he "came here because it's so easy and fun here in bronze" He proceeded to feed the enemy top laner (Gnar) really bad and throwing in general and then he went onto other lanes to feed them and make the game quicker. When we reached 15:00 and 20:00 he kept saying "come on ff so i can move onto the next game and ruin it" that's exactly what he said. The game would have been easy and fun but he ruined everything and we had to stay in the game for 25:00 or so.
Why doesn't riot do anything about this? If they know that someone in a certain game fed and was alone the reason everyone lost. Why do they just let the game count and hold everyone back even thought it's not their fault? Why not make a "Loss Prevented" thing for such games or atleast punish the players permanently using their IP to find their original account.

The link attached is the match in my history. Idk if this is where this is supposed to go in the forums as i never post here but instead of deleting it if it's wrong pls move it or something. I really want riot to do something about this and stop it. I have the replay of the match if that's needed for anything where you can clearly see him absouletely ruinning the game.
