New mode

So ive seen the list of champions for new mode featuring aggressive champs and eliminating tankies and supports. So can i ask why panth is on this list but Aatrox isnt? Panth is entirely too tanky ro be considered an assassin. Aatrox has decimals in his stat and is only strong in burst early game. Why do you hate Aatrox Riot?
