Aatrox's Level 18 stats

I would just like to take a moment to talk about Aatrox (the Alpha of league the first character that pops up due to him having Double As) while yes he has a Free GA which many take as OP, he is almost never picked and certaintly never in high level ranked due to his stats at 18 being useless. He has HP and HP5 on par with Adcs and Mid laners... -.-. and his Attack is significantly lower than most top laners and lower than a good chunk of mid laners (really?) with his AS and Armor and MR only being slightly higher than average it seems slightly unfair my favorite champ falls off late game always... could we get like a slight buff so hes viable. id love to go pro but ive spent too much time to play anybody but the Justicar Seriously. just a slight bit of HP or HP5 and small attack buff at level 18 stats and im sure hed be viable again.
