The ultimate burden of knowledge champion concept (Effort inside)

Name: TBD Spirit as a resource, 250/250, kind of like Energy but with flat costs (40?) and a higher pool Melee range Passive- Gains a 7th item slot to hold a unique item, this item would serve only as a hotkey placeholder. Whenever (TBD) is within melee range of a wall, he can activate his unique item (1-7 on the keyboard) and kick off of the wall a short distance. (Think Vayne's tumble) Q- When used first, this skill will dash to whichever wall is closest to the cursor (8 second cooldown) (~700 distance) W- When used first, this attack will grab an opponent within close proximity to the champion in a skillshot (think Yasuo's Q but shorter range) 14 second cooldown. E- When used first, this spell will emit a short range cone shaped wave, marking all enemies. (18 second cooldown) R- Passive: For every item (TBD) has, he gains 2.5% CDR. Active: Kick a targeted ally minion, killing it and dealing damage based on how little the minion was worth. (Super minion, least amount of damage, siege minion, slightly more damage, melee minion, moderate damage, caster minion, high damage) (20 second cooldown)

Q- When cast after W, this skill will throw the apprehended champion forward, dealing a small amount of damage, and stunning them if they collide with a wall. W- After a champion is grabbed, this skill can be reactivated to throw the champion into the air straight up for .3 seconds. E- When cast after W, this will cause the apprehended champion to be thrown backwards, along with (TBD) (like a dive backwards)

Q- When cast after Q (within 5 seconds), this skill can be cast on a wall to become untargetable for .75 seconds while (TBD) begins running on the wall, ignoring unit collision and dodging auto attacks for up to 1.25 seconds before jumping off. W- When used after Q (within 5 seconds) this skill will perform a low sweep in a small cone, knocking up all champions for .1 seconds. E- No interaction with Q

Only one spell can interact with E at a time Q- When used after E, will gain 2/4/6/8/10 armor/MR for each champion marked W- When used after E, dashes to the marked target closest to the cursor E- When used after E, will reveal all marked enemies for 3 seconds

This took me much longer than it should have to think up, but I would absolutely love a champion who can build in more than one way.
