Across the Runetera there is a whisper set in motion. Hallowing it's way down to the ever-crescent shore of Zuan. An echo to the ears of scientists, yet not found. But one night in the smog wrenched city, there was silence. The brown smoke had turned red, and everyone, was in their bed. Slish, slosh, the sounds of water came from the streets, and not a man was awake to see. Arisen from the sand of neglect, came a man of sand, sleep; perfect.

Sal the Sand Man is a mage brawler

Imagery: A muk of man and sand, his fingers seem to crumble in the wind, his expression is sorrow. his movement is beautiful. A sandy aura, and a windfull path.

> Statistics Health: 515 (+3) Attack: 55 (+1) Ability: 44 (+4) Armor: 30 (+2) Resist: 40 (+3) >Move: 350

Passive: When Sal is subjugated to CC he gains a stack of Sleep Sand. When Sal reaches 4 stacks, Enemies around him are put to sleep (stunned) for 2 seconds and Sals tenacity grows to 40/50/60 percent over the next 5 seconds. (30 seconds cool down)

(Q) [Quicksand] Sal shoots out a line of sand, that then lays on the ground for 7 seconds. Enemies that step in the sand, are slowed by 30/40/50/60/70 percent when moving towards sal, half that when running from sal, and take 40/60/80/100/120 (+60% ap) damage over the course of the 7 seconds.

(W) [The Reap] <passive> Sal gains 1 movement speed every time he kills a unit in a stack called sand swiftness. When he dies, he loses a chunk of sand swiftness. Leveling up the reap lowers the amount you lose when you die.

(E) [Dayslayer] Sal limits the vision of enemies for 1 seconds with a cone of sand spray, he can then reactivate it to cause the closest enemy to fall asleep for 2 seconds. Lowering their magic resist by 20/30/40/50/60

(R) [Nightmare] <global> Sal creates a portal into an enemies dream, traveling to the closest enemy, and inflicting 100/200/300 (+40 % ap) to the target while fearing them during the cast.

I like the idea of a dream like champion but not so much as one about sand because of Azir.
