You know, they won that thing that Riot makes a big deal about and hypes 24/7? Where are the skins to commemorate that particular event...-.-

they get them when Worlds comes on which is usually around the end of the year. its the same thing that happen with all the other skins!
Though, with that team being named Samsung, there may be different legal and copyright issues they have to work through that they didn't have to deal with on the other skin sets.
