Rundown: Hakken is a versatile hybrid assassin played in the top and middle lanes. He focuses on combining regular attacks with short range abilities to maximize damage, until his execution can be used. In team fights, Hakken can initiate with a well-timed Light Ball and Soaring Wings, chase squishy Champions with Soaring Wings and Holy Stifling, or execute enemies attempting to escape with Extort.

Stats: Health: 511 (+79) HP per 5: 6.72 (+0.9) Mana: 310 (+38) MP per 5: 5.4 (+0.75) Armor: 23 (+3.3) MR: 30 (+0) AS: 0.651 (+3.3%) MS: 345 Range: 125, Melee

Each of Hakken's abilities have a small bonus passive attached to them. The levels of each ability's passive is unaffected by the level of Tenshi Step.

This ability automatically levels up at level 1/3/5/7/9/11/13/15/17.

Well, when you say it like that you make him sound underpowered but consider this:

Thanks for replying again, and going into more depth with your analysis.

To be fair, Tryndamere is strong due to everything other than his damaging ability. While the gap close/escape is incredibly useful, being manaless, having a maximum of 35% free critical strike chance, a passive damage amp, a heal, a cripple and a slow, as well as 5 seconds of immunity to death is what makes him so powerful. If we count all of these individual effects (gap close, manaless, free crit, passive damage amp, heal, cripple, slow, immunity), his number of effects are 8; not far off Hakken's total effects, which is 9 (or 10, depending on how you look at it).

Hakken seems incredibly powerful due to his passives, which I can completely understand. As such, I've tried toning down his main passive (but making it scale with every 2 levels), as well as weakening his Q/W/E passives.

I want to bring up your last two paragraphs in detail, to especially highlight why Hakken isn't as overpowered as he seems.

Champions like Darius have been kited by other slows since they came out, and Hakken's measly 30% stun after 5 auto attacks (or 40% stun if the W makes contact) isn't going to be that big of a problem for Darius. Since Darius is a juggernaut, he should have way more than enough HP to cause Hakken's ultimate to not execute. If not, then he's being played as a glass cannon and will inevitably die to anyone with any CC. Also, your mention of flying out of a bush with a near-expiring E also isn't unseen in League of Legends-- Annie, being a great example. She can pop out of a bush with an instantaneous stun, and deal much more damage in a much shorter time than Hakken. Other champions can also pop out of bushes with stuns, a few being Ahri (charm), Twisted Fate (yellow card), Thresh (hook/flay), Vi (Q or R instantaneous), Rek'Sai (knockup), Riven (stun). That list goes on as long as there are Champions with CC.

His increased critical chance was on a similar system as to Yasuo; he gets double critical strike chance, but he has to pay with part of his critical damage being removed. In the same way, Hakken has double critical chance, but each auto can individually crit; meaning that if one auto crit, he would deal 100% on that auto, and 50% on the next, instead of 200% for one auto. Even if both autos crit, you'd still be dealing only 200%, the same as any other Champion.

As I stated above, I simply feel that Hakken feels overpowered due to his passives, since many people don't realize how many effects other champions have.

Thanks for the downvotes everyone, I love knowing what I've done wrong with my concept :T

Ok,you wanna know what is wrong with your concept, its those thousand passives,I bet people don't even bother to read the abilities when they saw your champ has double passive on his passive and a passive with a secret passive on every skill. Remove them and people may yet talk how your champ has instakill ult, true damage, super high mobility and dual strikes. Cheers Oh and yeah...shield with a slow and stun, lets not forget that.

First off, I love the idea behind this guy, and I may have some flawed thinking, but with his mixed AD and AP ratios, why not change his passive so one attack is physical but the second attack is magic damage. This would also come with either changing the E passive or getting rid of it. Let me know if this could work or not with your idea.
