Champ Select bug

In solo queue, I went to do my second ban (I was first pick on red team) and when I clicked on Elise to ban her (previous bans were Irelia from me and Kayle/Annie from them), the game brought me to my previous end screen from a game I had just played, and from that point the client acted as if I wasn't in a lobby. Returning to the main menu didn't bring back up the lobby, and I could hear the timer ticking down for my last 10 seconds of my ban. I closed the client shortly after that, but I haven't lost LP (yet, the system may be going slow) for dodging.

I don't know how you'd reproduce this bug, sadly. It's the first time it's happened to me, and the first time I've heard of it happening.
