Urfrider Corki or Dragonwing Corki?

I never play Corki-ever, but that's mostly because I don't own a Corki skin.. Which one? I know the chinese one has a ton of effects, but URF is URF, which means it's also probably overhyped. Thoughts?

Urfrider is funny and all, but in the long run the special particle effects of Dragonwing make it too much better.
