Buying Chromas by the Champion not by the skin

This is just my opinion and thought process on the whole idea having to do with chromas. They're creative, but all in all I'm going to buy the skin I like over the chroma. If there's multiple skins I like of a single champion, I'll buy those multi-skins over the chroma. What would have me contemplating changing my mind quickly though, would be buying the chroma for the champion, not the individual skin. Riot, please fix this. It's the single reason I'm not buying chroma packs anymore after buying my first. Again, I love the idea, but I don't feel that I should have to spend 590 RP per chroma skin when there's far too many skins and additional chromas I'd like as it is. When it comes down to it, I can only choose one Chroma and 1 skin per game assuming I use the skin that the chroma is even for.
