Another champion idea.

So I deceided to try my hand at making another champ concpet and this is what I came up with.

SHAILU, The sand Walker

weapon- twin scimitars armor- leather with some minor plates (could be pieces of some sai) and chain throughout it look- think prince of persia with a beard sex- male is a Shuriman "sand walker", has hunted and survived in not only Shurima but all her surrounding lands as well. Quote "Real strength comes from working together for a common goal."

melee champ

passive: Survivalist- When his Hp gets below 10% gets a 20% movement speed boost that decays over 3 seconds

Q: Caltrops - throws out a handful of spikes slowing by 5/10/15/20/25% and damaging (AP) all enemies in a cone. the caltrops stay for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 sec.

W: Forceful Swing - swings both swords out infront of him then quickly down to his sides pushing his enemies back and causing (AD).

E: Fortitude - Passive: gains stacks of fortitude with every enemy defeated. at 10 stacks can activate. stacks begin to fall away after 3 seconds.

	Active: when actived gives a movement speed and attack speed boost of 9/13/16/18/20% for 3 sec. stacks consumed upon use.

R: Dervish - leaps to the first enemy and slashes four times in quick succession causing (AD). if an enemy is near and player has full stacks of fortitude they can recast again and cause 35% less damage per recast (stacks lost upon 3rd recast).

For his background I was thinking that he would have grown up as a nomad and that made him watch his people become mercanaries, merchants, slave traders, bandits or caravansaries. He did all of those jobs growing up, but found that the best way to help his people is to become a "sand walker". He is the most noted sand walker to date. He believes that now that Shurima is being refomed it is a chance for his people to become prosperous again, and he will do whatever it takes to bring his people back as a strong nation. They just need to learn from their mistakes of the past is all.

I would love to see him have Sivir and Azir as both friends and rivals. I would also love to see him with a special taunt to Nasus (whistles and shows a dog bone), Renekton (says something about wanting a new matching pair of shoes and bag), and Xerath (you did this to us monster!). I especially would love to see him have nothing but hate for Ezreal (he thinks of him as a tomb robber and a thief of his peoples culture.)
