It's a great idea but I'd prefer they VU him first... the clunkiness of his rig brings down new skins like God Staff Jax.

Legendary tier Saijax is an option too.

Yes please. And if possible, give him a voiceline like: 'This is a real weapon!' for his Joke.

Not sure if the Jax Voice actor can help with that. I'd pay any RP price for that. Also give him some nice particles like God Staff.

And a recall animation where he peels an Egg and bites in it!

Also, how many skins does Master Yi have?

One more for Jax wouldn't hurt, right? I'll play him a lot, so maybe Riot will recognize that his popularity rises.
