Thoughts on potential changes to Pantheon.
My thoughts on Pantheon.
Pantheon is the aspect of the warrior housed in the body of a Targonian warrior, Atreus. He bears a mystic spear and a golden aegis shield both imbued with celestial power. With this background, his abilities (aside from his ult) feel like they do not match this story. Now, gameplay wise, he is very point and click with no real way to counter his abilities. I'm not saying there is no way to kill him or play against him, I just feel like point and click abilities don't feel good to lane against.
So, I wanted to try my hand at an updated kit. I don't assume this will get used. I just find it fun. I also wanted to keep his kit similar to how he plays now as he is definitely a favorite to a lot of league of legends players. Now, before I say his abilities, let me say, I have around 3 games on pantheon in my entire League of Legends game time. So, I'm sorry if I stray too far from what pantheon players love about him. (Numbers would be subject to change as it is just a concept and is not game tested.)
• Passive: Aspect of the Warrior
Passive: Pantheon gains a stack of Aspect of the Warrior upon landing basic attacks and casting abilities. At 4 stacks of Aspect of the Warrior, Pantheon consumes the stacks and is granted a (30-200 + 30% AD) physical damage shield. While the shield persists, Pantheon is unable to gain stacks of Aspect of the Warrior, and is granted 5% MR and Armor.
• Q: Divine Spear (Cost: 50 mana) (CD: 6s) (Range: 700)
Active: Pantheon hurls a spear comprised of celestial energy in a target direction piercing all enemies in the line dealing (75/115/155/195/235 + 150% Bonus AD) physical damage to the first champion hit and 60% damage to subsequent champions hit. (Always deals 60% damage to minions)
Additionally, Pantheon gains 40% attack speed for 2 seconds or his next 2 basic attacks.
• W: Aegis Charge (Cost: 60 mana) (CD: 13/12/11/10/9s) (Range: 350/700)
Active: Pantheon readies his shield charging it with celestial energy, and dashes in a target direction dealing (60/90/120/150/180 + 50% AP) magic damage to enemies he passes through. During the charge, damage from enemy projectiles that hit pantheon from the front, is reduced by 35% with the first champion/turret projectile being negated completely. (Block range would be around 180°, blocking his entire front. This would mean you have to dodge into projectiles to negate them)
Additionally, the dash range is doubled when dashing towards an enemy champion. Pantheon will stop upon hitting an enemy champion (dealing the same damage) and stun the hit champion for 1s.
• E: Heartseeker Strikes (Cost: 55/60/65/70/75 mana) (CD: 14/13/12/11/10s) (Range: 600)
Active: Pantheon imbues his spear with celestial energy and unleashes it in a target direction dealing (30/60/90/120/150 + 100% Bonus AD) Physical damage in a cone. (Same aoe as what Heartseeker Strike is on live) Heartseeker Strike deals double damage on immobilized enemy champions and large monsters.
Additionally, Pantheon's next 2 basic attacks activate Heartseeker Strikes again, in the direction of his basic attack, dealing (10/15/20/25/30 + 50% Bonus AD + 50% AP) magic damage and reducing the CD of Heartseeker strikes by 25% of the remaining CD.
Min damage (base damage with both basic attacks): (50/90/130/170/210) + 200% Bonus AD + 100% AP Max damage (double damage with both basic attacks): (80/150/220/290/360) + 300% Bonus AD + 100% AP Live Max damage (full damage duration): (100/150/200/250/300) + 300% Bonus AD
• R: Grand Skyfall (Cost: 100 mana) (CD: 15/135/120s) (Range: 5500)
Active: Pantheon channels celestial energy through his body for 2 seconds granting himself 20/25/30% damage reduction. After the 2 seconds Pantheon leaps into the sky becoming untargetable for 2 more seconds. He then blinks to a targeted location, and drops unleashing the celestial energy around him dealing (200/300/400 + 50% AP) magic damage, increased up to 100% the closer the enemy champion is to the point of impact. All enemies damaged by the impact are slowed by 35% for 1 second. The damage reduction is lost 1 seconds after landing.

Removed the AP ratio from his Q: Divine Spear, reduced the mana cost, and buffed the AD ratio.

Removed the AP ratio from the initial cast of E: Heartseeker Strikes, lowered the base damage of subsequent strikes, increased the AD and AP ratios of subsequent strikes, and added:

Activating subsequent strikes of Heartseeker Strikes reduces the remaining CD of Heartseeker Strikes by 25%.
