Ellie, the Naive Inventor

Passive: Fully Energized - Ellie charges up a electrifying basic attack that briefly applies a stun on her next basic attack.

Cooldown: 20/16/12/8 seconds levels 1/6/11/16 Stun duration: 0.5/1 second levels 1/11

Q: Ellie sends out an electrical charge with her gun. This charge will stop at the first enemy hit and chain to nearby enemies. Each enemy hit beyond the first takes reduced damage. Enemies hit will have the armor and magic resist shredded.

Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 Damage: 60/90/120/150/180+(60% AP) Armor and Magic Resist Shred: 20% of Total armor and magic resist. Range: 600 units Chain range: 200 units Chain up to 6 times. 10% reduced damage to each consecutive target.

W: Telepad - Ellie throws down her teleportation pad invention and the receiver teleport up to two allies between the transmitter and the receiver.

Cooldown: 30/27/24/21/18 seconds

Passive: After an ally uses your teleporter Ellie gains movement speed: 20/25/30/35/40% for 1 second.

E: Ellie sends an electric shield to an ally giving them tenacity and blocking damage for them.

Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Shield Amount: 80/110/140/170/200+(70% AP) Tenacity gain: 10/15/20/25+(5% per 100 AP) Range: 800 units

R: Ellie tosses a grenade that explodes creating an expanding field that electrifies everyone in the field. The grenade pulses 6 times each causing an electric charge that slow all enemies in the zone for 1 second and damaging them.The grenade pulses every 0.5 seconds and the slow stacks. If a champion reaches 3 stacks they will get stunned, and all stacks will be removed.

Cooldown: 180/150/120 Damage: 30/50/70+(30% AP) per pulse Slow: 10/20/30% Stun duration: 1.5 second Range: 800 units Delay: 0.5 seconds

I think the Ultimate may need a bit of touch up. What do you think? Any ideas on what I should add/remove/change? Do you like the direction I'm aiming for. I really think we need a support from Piltover.

Maybe the teleporter/receiver should be closer to RekSai tunnels? With a slightly longer distance. Like:

W: Telepad(2 charges) | Cooldown: 50/45/40/35/30 seconds Ellie throws down her teleportation pad invention and then can place her other teleport pad within the next 10 seconds. Teleporting disables the pads for 5 seconds. They last until destroyed -taking 5 hits before breaking(both break)- or replaced. The pads have a max range of 2000/2250/2500/2750/3000 units.

Passive: After an ally uses your teleporter Ellie gains movement speed: 20/25/30/35/40% for 1 second.

This offers decent utility and usage I think, while keeping them on a decent cooldown. Maybe you can place one in the bush botlane and have the other in your jungle. It's not over powered in terms of ganks since they can be destroyed. But the move speed makes it useful even when placed in a different lane. Had to give them a max range due to recalling, since recall instant teleport back is simply broken.

Just a thought!

The ulti is legit just Kennen Ult, 6 charges of shock once every 0.5 seconds and if hit by 3 enemies get stunned. Also in the W passive you wrote "Shiri gets movement speed" IDK who Shiri is. Also 18 seconds plus any additional cooldown is kind of broken on her W. From what I read you can legit just swap places with your teammate.

Just a few balancing notes

W: This speed buff is really powerful, considering that it's a (long) ranged teleport basically, I don't see the need for another speed buff on it.

E: These stats are very powerful. The shield can easily become a 700 HP Shield and with certain items can reach over 1000 HP, which is kind of overdue for an ability with 25+% Tenacity (Note that getting 600 AP already gives this a 60% Tenacity, which is broken). Especially since it's on only an 8-second cooldown.

kinda OP support, but ok, i can work with this, W is a ryze ult/thresh lanturn kk, not op at all, how bout a lulu shield? sarcasm aside... sorry that was a bit mean of me... REALLY OP for a support, should not have that much sustain and dmg. 60% AP??? you can get over 600 AP, not playing veigar, so she's also viable top and mid. also, an auto attack stun, i mean sure, it's basically a small twisted fate gold card, but every 20 seconds with no mana lost, i think that's a problem since we're in the 1v9 or "snowball/damage meta" which basically means that the .5 seconds can pretty much delete anyone under 2000 hp. sorry if this was a bit mean and sarcastic, but it's kinda built into me from playing league for so long... sorry
