I just think it would be interesting if there was a game mode out there where something simple as no cast times for a lot of spells would be pretty fun (assuming plays it for fun, and not full-on ranked style :P), Cast time being like how Syndra can walk and cast her spells at the same time without having to stop. I think it would make the game rather spicy honestly ^.^
Only for some champs though. Syndra and Karthus would love this but what about Yi, Tryn, Xin, Jax, etc?
I'm a Yi main and I'd just like to point out that the concept of an Alpha Strike with no cast time makes me a happy man and therefore that cannot happen

I'd like to see someone duel ornn who has an insta cast w, Lux, jinx and Ez getting 1s ult combo's. Don't forget thresh hooks with no wind up.
That isn't a good idea cause if the team has Lux, Jinx, Ezreal and Ashe were in the same game it would be rigged.
