Hi!

I read the whole thing and while, not very detailed... One thing comes to mind; You say it is the aspect of justice, yet, the only thing related to it is the passive and just the name of it.

Like, what is justice? How does she embody it? How are her character and abilities related to her theme overall?

The abilities are nice, maybe explain a little how they actually work because the Q is interesting.

I like her kit a lot. Assuming Q is a skill shot and hwr main damage source, it looks like her W and E compliment it really well. The ult seems a little out of place unless maybe its tied in with her passive somehow like allied deaths in her ult range add AP.

Would be nice to see a targon mage cuz idk if Zoe really counts.

I keep trying to read the name but it just looks like Freya, are you basing it on the god from Norse mythology? If so then there's no need to change the name, Riot has characters like Wukong that are named directly after characters from mythology.

Interesting passive, but it would need more balancing. Also I'd be worried about it encouraging her to not help allies so they would die to give her more stats.

I like the Q, how do you plan it to work? is it a 2-cast ability or do they both launch at the same time like Galio's Q?

W is cool too, I like the duality of it.

E doesn't have an active, but that might be okay with the 2 cast W.

R makes thematic sense, and it's a cool effect.
