We've seen a lot of updated skins (galio, yorick, warwick, urgot, taric..) getting new particles .... tho they cost less than 975rp .... it's just unfair that Noxus Poppy With her dark and cruel, black and red theme .... still has the yellow, gold, shinny particles .. it doesn't make any sense ... PLEASE RIOT PLEASE !
I mean firefighter tristana was "updated" in her vgu but it's still not on par with modern legendary skins.
I don't think anything is gonna happen to noxus poppy.
so many legendary skins are also in need of an update.
I think the biggest issue with Noxus Poppy is that she still has the line "How Demacian of you!". In a Noxian skin it should be either in a mocking tone (EX. "Ugh, how demacian of you") or something else, it doesn't make much sense. But hey, they probably won't do much with voice lines since 975? I think? Right? IDK I should've googled but I'm lazy.

Tbh all of Poppy's skin got horrifically bad treatment when she got reworked. They tried to pull it again with Star Guardian Poppy till people called out Kateykhao's skins teams lazy bs and the particles were changed to blue.
Generally when it comes to Poppy the skins team is just lazy unfortunately.
