Lore No records of Alcatru exist, due to his choice, he walks across Runeterra helping both the common folk the nobles and nations as a whole across Runeterra, asking only two things in exchange for his magical assistance of his "arts" his only payment being told a source of infomation, and his name and deeds never written. Those that refuse to give infomation were given ominious warnings, and learnt first by a piltover firm that wished to record his abilities and thus deeds, went completely insane for unknown reasons a week later before they could publish their findings. known for both wisdom and lack of patience Alcatru is sought for many things, either assistance of council, but he is never around for long.

Base Stats At lvl 18 1.2k manaless AD 164 (lvl 1 70 AD) AS .1 (never improves naturally) attack range 625 MS 325 AR 65 MR 70

Appearence/Misc Alcatru wears a cloak similar to a sterotypical mage but his face and arms are revealed he is caucasian with a light grey hair color visabley around 22 with fingerless gloves, roughtly 6'8 and lanky Alcatru death animation has him escaping through a portal, their is a 1/3 chance he will summon it above himself and be dragged out by an unkown person 1/3 chance he will summon it beneath him and crawl into it, or a 1/3 chance he teleports without a portal, a dragon head emblem is what remains to mark his death Basic attack basic attacks have him gathering energy before firing dark energy into the ground then spikes rupturing to attack his target, this can be dodged but is very difficult to do so Critical animation makes the spikes shoot faster rendering it undodgable Attack speed reduces the time it takes to charge but does not speed up the spikes

Abilities Passive s Impatience and Gathering Power Alcatru has two seperate resources, Arcane Energy and patience each are worth 5 bars Patience tracks down Arcane Energy builds up Patience Decreases While standing still at a pace of 1 per second Arcane energy increases while standing still at a pace of 1 second having 3 Arcane energy is required to cast a spell Having 4 arcane energy will cause one to carry over after casting a spell having 5 arcane energy will empower Alcatru's next spell at the cost of all his energy Running out of Patience causes Alcatru to uncontrolable charge after the nearest enemy champion upon seeing them while charging Alcatru will fire off his ultimate regardless if he doesnt have the energy, learnt it, or if it was on cooldown upon getting in range of the nearest champion This does not cost energy if Alcatru had it available, and does not set the ultimate on cooldown

Q Dark Art:Arc Lightning CD 14/13/12/11/10 Alcatru gathers energy until he has enough available to unleash lightning from his fingertips (think darth Sidious) This deals 20/40/60/70/80 + 45% of his AP per second to all inside of it in a 750 unit cone in front of him, this lasts for up to 3/4/5/6 seconds but can be cancled early by movement forced or voluntary ENHANCE Arc lighting has double scaling and increased to 1000 unit range, and is no longer interupted by FORCED movement but is still cancelable by other hard CC and manual movement

W Light Art: Banish Evil CD 9/7/6/5 Alcatrue Gathers energy until he has enough available to Banish the Evil of the world Fires a skillshot Bolt that does 40/50/60/70/80 +40% that slows by 30 Does quintuple damage to Rift Herald or Baron 650 Range line skillshot stops at first target ENHANCE Banish Evil now stuns instead of slows for 1.4/2.2/3.1 seconds

E Light Art: Rain Storm CD 16 Duartion 4/5/6 seconds Alcatrue gathers energy until he has enough to summon heavy rain The rain slows down all enemies by 60% in a 3700/5500/6000 oval range around Alcatrue enemies effected by Rain Storm have 60/70/80% increased damage by Arc Lightning Rain Storm is not effected by CDR ENHANCE Rain Storm is global and reduces enemy MR by 20/30/40% as well as giving its duration an AP ratio of 1 second per 300/200/100 AP

R Getting Serious CD 60 seconds Alcatrue gains new more powerful abilities these can NOT be enhanced if casted with 5 energy, 2 energy will be left over leveling up Getting Serious will reduce Alcatrue's death timer by 1/4 at lvl 2 and half them at lvl 3

R Q Dark Art: CURSE INSANITY Range 625 Alcatrue curses the enemy with insanity, causing the enemy champion visual, auditory hallucinations that only effect them (random partical effects and sounds with distorted colors to the cursed player only) Duration 5 seconds

R W Range 625 Forbiddion Art: Your Future is Death Reveals enemy champion abillity cooldowns and reducing their CDR by 20% and self healing by 60% can not reduce enemy CDR below zero goes until Alcatrues death the enemy champions death, or the distance between the 2 is 1600 units

R E Range 125 Dark Art: Holy Ressurection Ressurects a nearby allied champion reducing their stats by 1/3 and placing their movement and AA commands to Alcatrue (their abilities still controlled by regular player) the rezz'd hero will gain 1/3 of their stats back if Alcatrue has over 500 AP at the time of rezzurection, they will have all of their stats returned the Death timer is slowed down by 90% Ressurection lasts 5 seconds

Final notes This wasnt a SERIOUS concept more of a thought one with a champion with 6 abillities and 3 "half" ultimates and 3 normal abilities so balance wasnt considered whatso ever please give your thoughts on this, Im really interested in what you found interesting and what you found dull while reading
