Asune: Phantasma Gladio, The Phantom Blade
Field report #37
As per orders, we've continued our search for any possible survivors from the previous exploration teams here on the Shadow Isles. Each camp we come upon so far has been completely destroyed, appearing to have been torn apart by a squad swordsmen. So far all we've found of any member of the exploration teams has been blood, lots of it.
Field report # 38
We are returning to Demacia as soon as the ship is ready, we have already fled from the forest of the isles and have set up fortifications to hold up until we can weigh anchor. This morning we found a survivor, he didn't last long, his body was torn to shreds, yet he was still alive and awake, too awake. As soon as he saw us, he delivered a message, "The Shadow Isles have finally awoken, their armies are mustering and soon will march upon your lands. Prepare your last rights." With that he slumped over, dead. It was at this time that we saw what was behind the man, something that will haunt me to the end of my days. Swirling about it was a cloak that seemed made of the fog itself. Upon it's head a wide brim hat, covering it's face was a plain mask set in a dead expression, yet it's eyes burned with murder. Within it's hand it held a weapon like no other I've seen before. Like a sword, like a scythe, yet unlike either and both. This creature cut down one of my best men as the rest of us fled with full speed.
Passive: Phantom Blade Each auto attack deals gray damage to the target equal to 30/40/50% AP, on the third auto attack, the gray damage is dealt as magic damage. Gray damage heals back over time if the passive is not procced, healing is equal to the health regen of the target. If a gray damage strike would kill a target, it is dealt instantly. Asune is healed for half the damage dealt by his passive magic damage.
Q: Wind Scicle: Range: 900 Mana cost: 90 Cooldown: 12 Thin, straight line skill shot that travels through all targets, dealing less damage to each progressive enemy. This spell deals on-hit effects, but only to the first target hit. Damage is reduced by 10% for each target hit, minimum damage is 50%.
W: Marked for Death: Mana cost: 80 Cooldown: 10 Passive: Asune gains a flat movement speed bonus Active: Asune guards against all sources of damage for one second, taking reduced damage and marking all enemies that strike the barrier during it's duration. Marked enemies deal reduced damage to Asune for three seconds. Damage reduction from shield: 5/10/15/20/25% Damage reduction from mark: 15/20/25/30/35%
E: Shadow games: Range: 700 Mana cost: 100 Cooldown: 20 Asune blinks to target location behind enemy target, slowing all enemies within 300 range and dealing on spell damage effects. If an enemy champion is hit by the effects of Shadow Games, all non-ult abilities have their cooldowns reduced by 20/30/40% of their current amounts.
R: Deadly duelist: Mana cost 120 Cooldown: 100 Asune gains true sight of all targets within 1000 range for the duration of ult. A phantom swordsman joins Asune in battle for a short duration, mimicking his every move for the next 7 seconds, it's auto attacks dealing magic damage and applying some on-hit effects. Asune' auto attacks increase the duration of his ult active by .5 seconds per auto. Phantom magic damage on hit: 10/20/30% AP
Obviously, number may need to be tweaked. I wanted to make a good AP duelist that doesn't suffer the trappings of most AP duelists, but I didn't want to make it just a burster, but a proper duelist, someone that gets in the fight and burns you down, not bursts you into pieces. I figured some utility would also go a long way to avoid burst, while still giving the champ the tools to win trades and fights in the hands of a good player.
