Stats

HP: 510-1825 HP5: 4-16 Mana: 405-980 MP5: 10-22 MS: 325 AD: 60-98 AS: 0.565 (+2%) Range: 450

Passive: Electromagnetism

Spark: Every 15 seconds, Nikolai's next basic attack gains 200 range and deals 50 (+10 per level) (+.25 AP) bonus magic damage to to the target and up to 4 nearby units. This damage counts as a spell. CD reduced by 3 seconds when Nikolai switches the charge of an enemy champion.

Charge: Dealing spell damage to a champion will mark them as positively charged for 8 seconds. Dealing spell damage to a champion who is already positively charged will remove that status and make them negatively charged for 8 seconds. Champions with like charge are slowed by 25% when walking towards each other within 800 range. If a champions charge is updated, its magnetic field pulses, knocking away champions of like charge by 200 units and pulling in champions of opposite charge by 200 units, within 500 units.

Q: EMP 9 second CD, 80 mana Deal 60/80/100/120/140 (+.55 AP) magic damage in a 30 degree cone (500 range) If you hit a champion, this spell will blow out their opposite side, increasing its range by 350 for each champion caught in the area.

If you have an active electrode, it will deal the damage in a 450 AOE, extended by 225 per champion.

Champions caught in multiple EMP's take 50% reduced damage from ones beyond the first.

W: Unstable Field 14 second CD, 90 mana Mark an enemy for 2/2/4/4/6 seconds. Units around the marked enemy take an instance of 20/25/30/35/40 (+.15 AP) magic damage on cast, and then again once every two seconds until the mark wears off. If Unstable field damages an enemy champion, they will also be marked (any one champion can only be marked once per cast).

Electrodes spawn an unstable field of their own. Enemies caught in multiple fields take 50% reduced damage from ones beyond the first.

E: Electrode 6 second CD after activation, 50 mana Place an invisible electrode at a target location, lasting up to 40/50/60/70/80 seconds.

Reactivating this ability causes the electrode to spark to life, mimicking all of Nikolais abilities.

R: Lightning Form 90/70/50 second CD, 150 mana Passive: Spark stuns units hit for 0.1/0.2/0.3 seconds. Active: Mark a target area (radius 1000) for 10 seconds. Within this area, unless he has attacked or cast a spell in the last second, he gains 65% movement speed, has free pathing, and is untargetable.

Additionally, Spark has its base CD reduced to five seconds in this area and charge will pull/push from anywhere in the are.

Electrodes mimic this effect with a radius of 750.

Personally, I would either reduce the ultimate stun to 0.01 seconds (interupts channels and abilities) and set the movement speed a bit lower and should scale. I honestly don't get the Electrode ability? Like, what does it do? Passive quite strong, probably nerf a small amount. W thematically seems a bit like a stacking viktor ult, probably would be nice if it slowed enemies if they had are marked by a small amount. Q is perectly fine.
