Barebones of an ADC

people are constantly asking for a new type of ADC. there are a few different ones, jhin comes to mind right away. well i had this idea today: a Whip user ADC. most adcs use guns or bows, but who's to say that an adc has to use projectiles. I actually think it would be really interesting if there was an adc that had (standard range) autos that acted a lot like thresh autos (a build a lot of people have fun with but thresh's kit doesnt support it enough). I dont really know what their abilities would be, but just working off of ranged autos not being projectiles, this adc would be able to cancel autos at the last possible moment, which has up and down sides. also, fuck you braum and yasuo. please feel free to build off of this
