Build Path: item 3097(850 gold) + item 3076(1000 gold) +item 3801(650 gold) +250 Gold = 2750 Gold.

500 Health +50 Armor +50% Base Health Regen

Active: Living Shield -- Jump infront of target ally, becoming a living shield for 2 seconds, any damage that ally would take during that 2 seconds is directed to you instead, 20% of that damage taken by you is true damage.

Unique Passive: Spoils of War -- Melee auto attacks execute minions below 200 - 285 (based on level) health. Killing a minion by any means heals you and the nearest allied champion for 15 (+ 2% of missing health) health and grants them kill gold. These effects require an allied champion within 1050 units of the user and consume a charge. Recharges every 20 seconds. Max 4 charges

Unique Passive: Thorns -- Upon being hit by a basic attack, reflects 15 magic damage, inflicting Grievous Wounds on the attacker for 1 second.

Unique Passive: Last Stand -- While Living shield is active, taking lethal damage will reduce you to 20 - 60 health (Based on level) and slow by 10% for 1 second.

This Item idea is meant for tank supports who dont have alot of protection abilities i.e - Sheilds/Heals stuff like that, it allows them to protect their team better, and can turn a team fight around of if someone is getting focused hard and its used correctly. Let me know what you guys think, and ill make changes if nessessary.

The charge rate doesn't go down? That's half the speed of generation as the other high end Relic Shield support items.
