Psychic kid ^.^

Hihi!

I just kept thinking of this champion concept for a while now. I don't know exactly what his moves would be, but just the idea makes me excited. So it would be a young boy about Annie's age that would be able to move things with his mind. Maybe a knockback by moving his hand.

The best thing would be some way to mark targets with his kit (not sure how) and then he'd be able to activate his ultimate. Basically, he'd snap his fingers and they'd die. Just like in this video : start watching from 0:21 and 0:57 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f5v06hBMqeI
