I've been trying to look up Quinn's skin sale history, but the only thing that pops up is her Pheonix Quinn 2 years ago from today. Though, I'm mostly interested in Woad Scout to be honest.
When is the last time they went on sale? Has Riot forgotten about her :[

Interval that an individual skin goes on sale increases for each new skin released, and skins are coming out at an increased rate. Riot, imo, should increase how many skins are in each sale.
