I can't draw, but Wicked tWitch would be a fun halloween skin. Throw a cauldron, etc.

He'd be a Warlock though (if you're the type to make that kind of differentiation), but I think we can overlook that :3
Or, "BeTwitched". He can have a pointy hat like Bewitching Nidalee, and instead of using a crossbow he'd use a wand (might need to be Legendary for that kind of change).
