Where is my Poolparty Oriana and Darius Skin?

In the picture of Pool Party Lee-Sin, it shows Pool Party Oriana, yet no Pool Party Oriana skin exist!! Then, in the Pool Party Ziggs picture, it shows Darius (along with katarina and what I presume to be Ezreal from how the picture is blocked) swimming in the water looking up, yet there's no Pool Party Darius skin!! Where are they!!??
